Follow these steps to get going:
*.Open up settings in Windows (Windows Key + I and selectChange PC Settings).
*.Now, in Users tab, Under Sign In Options, click on Create A PIN.
*.It will ask for current password, just fill in that
*.Now, enter your PIN twice as shown (4 digit only)
*.Now, you will see option of Entering PIN in lock screen too:
