How to convert PowerPoint presentation into video file.

STEP 1
*. Open the presentation that you want to convert to a video and hit theFiletab just like before. Choose theSave Asoption next.
STEP 2
*.Give a name to your file in theFile namefield. ChooseWindows Media Video(*.wmv)from the drop down menu associated withSave as type.
STEP 3
*.Once everything is set as shown in the screenshot given below, hit theSavebutton.
STEP 4
*.Wait a little while forMicrosoft PowerPointto prepare your video. Do not try to close the window till it is done.
STEP 5
*.Go to the location where you have saved your video and double click on it to open it.
STEP 6
*.There you are! Your presentation will now play as a video for you.
