1.File system should be NTFS:If you want to Speedup Pendrive , then make sure you have NTFS as file system. You can do so by Right clicking on your pendrive and selecting Format,Select NTFS File system, Uncheck Quick Format And Click On Start.
2.Disk errors:To check disk errors go to thepropertiestab of your pen drive, then select ‘tools’ tab. You will find a ‘check now’ button, click it and then hit ‘start’ to fix the errors. The time taken for scan depends on the size of the pen drive.
3.Device policy:Under properties of your pen drive, select ‘hardware’ tab. Then select USB device from there that will lead you to a pop up window where you need to change settings. You can even have better performance of pen drive by clicking the option under ‘hardware’ tab.
4.Format:This is one of theeffective optionsthat many users have tried. When you have used your pen drive for quite a long time, you can speed it up by formatting the device.

BLOCK WEBSITE USING WINDOWS HOST FILE
Host file is a computer file used to store information on where to find a node on a computer network.
By editing this file you can easliy block sites
1. Press Window key + R .
2. Type cmd and press Enter.
2. This will open a DOS command window.
3. Type: "notepad C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts" and Press Enter.
4. Locate the line 127.0.0.1 localhost
5. To block the website google.com for example, just add this text under 127.0.0.1 localhost:
127.0.0.1 google.com
127.0.0.1 www.google.com
You can add as many sites any site, However you will need to prefix it with " 127.0.0.1".
6. Save the file
Google will now be blocked in all web browser. This is an advanced but easy method on how to blow a website.
Create Shutdown, Restart and Log off Button on your Desktop.
Simply you can Shutdown, Restart and Log off your computer without going to Start Buttons.
For this you have to create Shutdown, Restart and Log off Shortcut Buttons on your Desktop.
I made it down step by step description of how to do it.
Shutdown button:
· 1st click on the right mouse button.
· Click New.
· Click Shortcut.
· Type Shutdown-r-t 10 at the dialog box. Here you can give time.
· Click the Add button, Give Shortcut name (Shutdown pc).
· Click the Finish button.
Yes, Done!
Now, Change the Icon.
· Click right mouse button on the created Shortcut Button.
· Click Properties.
· Click Change Icon.
· Select the Icon.
· Click ok.
It is done.
Now double-click on the Shortcut, you will see that your computer Shutdown.
Restart button:
It will be the same process, only the code will be different. The code of Restart button is shutdown-r-t 10.
Log off button:
It will be the same process, only the code will be different. The code of Restart button is shutdown-l-t 10.
Trick to disable usb ports through registry
